Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers services for any FCRA-covered purpose. The site is a reference resource for locating Ocean County information sources, not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.
Purpose of the Site
The site provides privately prepared reference material and links to public sources that may assist a visitor in locating Ocean County custody, court, and agency information. It does not store official records, verify current custody, release a person, file a document, or provide legal advice. Agencies, record custodians, and courts control their own information and must be contacted directly when confirmation is needed.

Permitted Use

No Warranties

Severability
